Innovation support offer

H2SHIFT supports start ups and SMEs from around the world in the development of competitive innovative hydrogen production technologies beyond the state-of-the-art, from PoC (Proof of Concept, TRL 3/Validation in laboratory, TRL4) to prototypes/systems demonstrated in industrial environments (TRL7/8).

Innovative startups and SMEs can benefit from a bundled support offer including cutting-edge facilities, technical and non-technical services (e.g. business development, process upscaling), and unique expertise to advance their hydrogen production technologies. 

The Project is a collaborative ecosystem linking research, academia, industry and final investors, coordinating the offer to accelerate the market deployment of the proposed innovations. 

Through the SEP, startups and SMEs can access leading-edge innovation facilities and services with a pay-per-use system. This circumvents expensive investments that would hinder the advancement of their innovation.
