POLIMI contribution within H2SHIFT project
LCCP owns a showcase activity in the project, TestLine3, for testing an electrified biogas/methane steam reforming unit based on a patented reactor configuration. Activities will include first testing at Polimi laboratories with a unit producing up to 7 Nm3/h H2 and further testing at TL3 facilities with purified biomethane producing up to 20 Nm3/h H2 under continuous operations.
GECOS leads the Life Cycle Assessment tasks, working on the so-called “non-technical service” offered by one of the 9 test lines. This service offers environmental impact consultancy to companies for the best strategic development and the upscale of technologies. Moreover, it is involved in the Single Entry Point.
